But when I tried to install webmatrix 3.0, first it dowloads web platform installer which downloads webmatrix way fast than it should(it takes 5 seconds but should take alteast 2min according to my internet speec) and when i try to create an html template in webmatrix, it creates the folder but doesnt open and dispalys web matrix has stopped working.
